    Mary 'Ileen' Lewis, 86, of West Terre Haute, arrived in the arms of Jesus on Tuesday morning, Nov. 4, 2014, after passing away in her home. She was born March 13, 1928, in Bridgeport, Ill., to Elmer Logan and Lora Brink Logan.. She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Edward Lewis. Survivors include her four children, Thomas Lewis and his wife Regina of Whiting, Helen Jones and her husband Frank of Terre Haute, Elaine Beatty and her husband Ken of Dexter, Mo., and Michael Lewis of West Terre Haute; 12 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.. She also was preceded in death by one grandchild; one great-grandchild; her parents; and siblings.. She was a member of Forrest Park Baptist Church in North Terre Haute and she was well known for being called the cookie lady.. Funeral services for Ileen will be 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 7, 2014, in Fitzpatrick Funeral Home, 220 N. Third St., in West Terre Haute, with Pastor Gene Jeffers officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and prior to services Friday.
