- Beverly June (Thomas) Carlile gained her angel wings on July 20, 2018 surrounded by her family at the age of 77. She was born April 23, 1941 in Galena, MO. to Onice and Edith Thomas, the eldest of seven children.
She was known as “Junie” to those who knew and loved her. She was a daily shopper and a collector of all things pretty. Her beautiful smile brightened our world. She loved to be with her family and friends. She was a homemaker and a licensed realtor. She was a devoted and loving wife to Robert for 57 years. She was a proud mother of two daughters along with being a doting “Gramma June” to not only her grandchildren but too many others.
Junie is survived by her husband, Robert of the home; daughters, Lori Carlile of Midwest City, OK and Lisa McKinzie and husband Clifton of McLoud, OK; 8 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild; four sisters, Patty Harrold and husband Dennis, Vickie Wilder, Carol Duhe’ and Sheril Butler; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her infant son, Robert Timothy; sister, Gayle; and brother, Gary; parents, Onice and Edith Thomas.
Visitation will be Monday July 23, 2018 from 12:00PM – 8:00PM and Tuesday July 24, 2018 from 8:00AM – 8:00PM at Barnes Friederich Funeral Home in Midwest City, OK. Funeral services will be held at Barnes Friederich Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, 9:00AM with interment to follow at Walters Cemetery in Walters, OK at 2:00PM.
