    • Terry Galvin, 59, formerly of Lebanon, peacefully passed away Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012.. Terry was born March 19, 1953, to Floyd O Galvin and Deloris (Acton) Galvin of Lebanon.. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, son and grandfather.. Terry graduated from Lebanon Sr. High School. He worked at Shumate/Reynolds and Reynolds Business Forms in Lebanon before moving to Spring Hill, Fla., where he worked for Hernando School System as Custodial Supervisor. He was a member of the Northcliffe Baptist Church.. He was preceded in death by his father, Floyd O Galvin, and a granddaughter, Autumn Galvin.. He is survived by his wife, Diana (Clouser) Galvin of Spring Hill; son, Joshua (fiancĂ©, Lesa Zaikowski) Galvin; granddaughter, Emilee Galvin of Temple, Ga.; his mother, Deloris Galvin of Lebanon and Spring Hill; sister, Marcia (Ralph) Blair of Lebanon; brother, Reggie (Helen) Galvin of Indianapolis; father- and mother-in-law, Jack and Carol Clouser of Lebanon; Brutus, his beloved dog; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.. He and Diana enjoyed attending car shows, traveling and cruises to the Caribbean. He loved his extensive collection of model tractors and model railroads. He also loved farming, cruising in his red Camaro convertible and watching the beautiful sunsets in Florida.. Special thanks to Dr. Rao, Dr. Kumar, Dr. Denner and the Moffitt Cancer Center. Special thanks to Jerry and Rhonda Maines and John and Eileen Gribbins, for all their support and help.. A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Sunday at the Thorntown United Methodist Church, 201 N. Market St., Thorntown, followed by a gathering of family and friends.. Memorial contributions may be made to Northcliffe Baptist Church, www.northcliffeonline.org; or the Chronic Disease Fund, www.cdfund.org..
