JOSEPHINE A. ZELT, 65, of Fort Wayne, died Friday, Jan. 26, 2007, at Hospice Home. Born July 26, 1941, in Decatur, she was an active member of Peace Lutheran Church and was the Treasurer of the Women's guild for many years. She was Co-Owner with her Husband, Lowell for Zelt Insurance Agency for 26 years. Surviving are her husband, Lowell Zelt of Fort Wayne; son, Gregory Zelt of Fort Wayne; daughter, Christine (Mark) Pletcher of Denver, Colo.; sisters, Helen Ries of Van Wert, Ohio and Nancy Klopfenstein of Harlan; and mother, Beatrice Allmandinger of Glenmore, Ohio. Funeral service is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Peace Lutheran Church, 4900 Fairfield Ave., with visitation one hour prior to service. Visitation also from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, Winchester Road Chapel, 6424 Winchester Road. Burial in Emmanuel Lutheran Cemetery, New Haven.
