    • Janice E. Walker, age 55, of 3325 Cindy Lane, Knoxville, Tenn., formerly of Hamilton, died Monday, Dec. 5 in Knoxville. She was born Jan. 6, 1928, in Chicago, the daughter of Floyd and Musa Snoke. She worked as an emergency room nurse at Fort Hamilton Hospital. She been working in a similar position in Knoxville about ten years.

      She leaves her mother, Musa Kutcher, North Manchester, Ind; one brother, Robert Snoke, Fort Wayne, Ind.; two sons, Robert J. Walker, Managing Editor of the Journal News, and Michael S. Walker, Norris, Tenn.; and a daughter, Candace S. Larese, Jeannette, Pa.; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert O. Walker in 1980.

      Private services were held for the family in Oak Ridge, Tenn. Burial was in Oak Ridge Memorial Park. The family suggests memorials to the Emergency Money Fund or a favorite charity.
