    • Patricia A. Minnick, 68, of Decatur passed away Thursday, April 30, 2009 at Adams Memorial Hospital. Born in Huntington Co., Indiana on July 30, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Raymond J. & Mary L. (Downs) Nix. She married Donald D. Minnick on November 15, 1974.
      Survivors include her husband Donald D. Minnick of Decatur; a brother Michael R. Nix of Huntertown, IN; two sisters Peg (Lynn) Milner of Ft. Wayne and Nancy (Ronald) Hosier of Huntertown, IN and several nieces and nephews.
      Patricia was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church and its Rosary Society. She was employed by Our Sunday Visitor (Catholic Publication).
      Calling hours are from 2-4 Sunday, May 3, 2009 with reciting of the Holy Rosary at 4:00 pm at Haggard & Sefton Funeral Home and from 9:30-10:30 Monday, May 4th at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church followed by a 10:30 Mass of Christian Burial. Father Ben Kakwezi will be officiating and burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
      Memorials are to St. Joseph school or Masses.
