      He was born in Long Beach, Calif., and lived in Port St. Lucie for 36 years.

      Survivors include his wife of 16 years, Francis Sweet Forbes ; daughter, Jessica Amber Forbes of Port St. Lucie; sisters, JoyDawn Knapp of Port St. Lucie, Christella Kay Wood of Baton Rouge, La., and Corrine Desmond of Fort Pierce.

      He was preceded in death by his father, Billie Forbes , and mother, Marcella May Forbes .

      SERVICES: All County Funeral Home & Crematory Treasure Coast Chapel in Stuart.
