    • Jerome "Jerry" Relue, 71, passed away Sunday, July 9, 2017 at his home. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Jerry was the son of the late Gilbert and Bernice Relue. Jerry was a Vietnam War Army veteran. He was a computer consultant with several organizations during his career before his retirement in 2014. He was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church where he served as an usher. Jerry enjoyed oil painting, bowling, genealogy, and spending time with his family. His joking and fun loving personality will be missed. Surviving are his wife, Jane Relue of Fort Wayne; children, Jennifer Relue of Las Vegas, NV, Julie (Charles) LeBlanc of Toledo, OH, Jacob Relue of Muncie; grandchildren, Crystal, Alex, Olivia, Robbie, and Rex; siblings, Leonard Relue of Avilla, Edward (Noreen) Relue of Ossian, Carolyn (William) Reith of Huntertown, and Marilyn (John) Bissinger of NC. Jerry was preceded in death by his sister, Eleanor Sarrasine. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 am, Thursday, July 13, 2017 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church with calling one hour prior. Calling at D. O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road Wednesday, July 12, 2017, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Burial in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Memorials may be made to Visiting Nurse Hospice, Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana or Hope Alive.
